Jim Kruse, Jr. serves as the Senior Vice President of Construction and Estimating at Lochridge-Priest, Inc. Kruse began his career at Lochridge-Priest, Inc. in 1993 as a Residential HVAC Sales Representative. Since then, he held several titles including Junior Project Manager, Project Manager and Estimator. Kruse graduated from Texas Christian University with a BFA in advertising and marketing. Kruse is a member of the Beefmaster Breeders United. He enjoys playing golf, hunting with his coworkers from Lochridge-Priest, Inc. and spending time with his family at their farm. Kruse and his wife, Carrie, have been married for 22 years and have three children – Sarah, Jake and Emma.
